My Chance Incubator is a youth development program that supports young people through academic assistance, mentorship, life coaching and meaningful activities that encourage personal growth.
Through consistent guidance, care and opportunity, we help young people build confidence, develop skills and work towards a brighter future.
THE PURPOSE
More Than a Helping Hand.
My Chance is about creating a supportive environment where young people can learn, recognise their potential and begin working towards meaningful goals.
The programme supports young people who are not in employment, education or training, as well as learners who are at risk of falling behind. Through regular sessions and practical support, FIFSA seeks to help participants develop greater confidence, discipline and resilience.

Academic Support
Helping learners strengthen their understanding of key school subjects, including languages, mathematics and science.
Life Coaching
Guided sessions focused on personal development, values, decision-making and resilience to help young people navigate life's challenges.
Mentorship & Guidance
Encouraging young people to recognise their strengths, develop discipline and set meaningful goals for their future.
Physical Activities
Structured activities that promote healthy lifestyles, teamwork and positive participation.

A Nourishing Meal
Every participant receives a nutritious meal during the weekly session, helping create a welcoming environment where young people can focus on learning and growth.
